ᐅ Costs for Preparing a Bill of Quantities

Hello everyone,

Does anyone have an idea of what the cost for preparing a bill of quantities should be?
We are about to build a Swedish-style house and are considering having the bill of quantities prepared by an engineering firm, and then use it to obtain quotes for the trades ourselves.

The cost is determined by the HOAI service phase 6.

Simply provide the eligible costs, possibly include a 5% contingency for additional expenses, and then you will get the exact amount.
