ᐅ Cost of construction power per kilowatt-hour

Hello and a quick question to the forum community.
Is it still the case that construction site electricity costs about twice as much per kWh as regular electricity?
I mean, how much does it cost if a 33kW fan runs for about 60 hours? Surely around 1000 euros or so ^^
