krischaaan19 Oct 2017 16:34Hello everyone,
for our new build, we have decided to install a decentralized ventilation system. This requires core drilling through the exterior walls (42.5 cm (17 inches) brickwork, T9).
What kind of tool should I use for these "drillings"? Due to the air chambers, the masonry needs to be handled delicately.
Thank you very much for your answers.

Using bricks should not be a problem; this is usually something you can do yourself. Hardware stores often offer tools for rent, typically around 30-50 euros for 4 hours.
If you hire a core drilling company, they usually charge more for travel than for the drilling itself.
