ᐅ Controlled residential ventilation in precast concrete slabs – soundproofing?

Hello,
I currently have a small "problem."
I want to embed my mechanical ventilation system directly into the precast concrete slab. This is basically not a problem and is pretty standard nowadays.
However, I don’t want to run every duct through the ceiling into the utility room; instead, I want to embed the air distribution boxes directly into the slab and only run the two DN160 (6-inch) ducts for supply and exhaust air through the ceiling into the utility room. I find this solution cleaner and neater.
I have been looking for distribution boxes suitable for precast slabs but haven’t found anything useful so far. Some suppliers offer boxes that are only 10cm (4 inches) high and would fit, but these are not insulated. The question is whether insulation is really necessary if the units are cast directly into the concrete slab?
The sound-insulated boxes are usually between 17 and 20cm (7 to 8 inches) high, which is quite tight for our ceiling (24cm (9.5 inches) total: 5cm (2 inches) precast slab + 19cm (7.5 inches) concrete). In this case, there wouldn’t be enough concrete coverage.
Maybe someone here has experience with this or knows more about it.
I need 2x 8x75 distribution boxes, main connection DN160 (6 inches). The ventilation system will be a Viessmann Vitovent 300F, which is connected directly to the air-to-water heat pump.
