Hello everyone with controlled residential ventilation and basements, where is the exhaust air outlet installed in your case? In our project, it is planned to end in the light well.
I read online that this is generally not recommended because of noise issues due to the light well, and at low temperatures, it can lead to icing and, in the worst case, mold on the house wall caused by condensation.

Yes, there is some truth to that. Why not simply use a ventilation shaft?
