ᐅ Controlling a room thermostat via Wi-Fi?

Hello everyone,
maybe someone here is familiar with this.
I have standard room thermostats, see picture. Is there an alternative that I can control remotely via a smartphone app, which can be easily swapped with the existing ones without much effort?
