ᐅ Construction Supervisor Recommendation for Nuremberg / Neumarkt

We are a family of four planning to build a single-family home soon on a building plot we already own in the Neumarkt i. d. OPf. area. The house will be turnkey, constructed solidly brick by brick by the developer. We are currently still in the phase of selecting a developer, but we would like to involve an external, independent construction supervisor for this stage or at the latest during contract negotiations. The nearest regional office of the Association of Private Homeowners is in Nuremberg (Platla), as is the office of the Homeowners Protection Association (Birzer).
Has anyone had experience with construction supervisors in the mentioned area, especially with the two above? Does anyone know of other recommended supervisors covering the Neumarkt region?
