We are planning to realize our project with the company Wengerter Bau.

In our village, a new residential development is being designated, and the developer is Wengerter Bau. Now we have been contacted by a real estate agency and were somewhat surprised that it was an agency. We had expected to get in direct contact with Wengerter Bau.

How was it for you? Was there also a real estate agency involved?

What was the commission based on – the land price or the total construction cost?
