Of course – the promotional photos are only available once for the entire house model, not for every design option.
Am I being cynical if I can’t help but think of a thread from last month where someone asked whether you can immediately tell the difference between ground lease and purchase? Not every banker finances houses, let alone reads a construction specification.

PauloLima2 Jun 2020 01:06I went there again today to take measurements. The plot section intended for me measures 15m x 36m (49 feet x 118 feet). According to Boris NRW, the standard land value there is €180 per m² (approximately $17 per sq ft). That amounts to around €97,000.
And yes, there is already a house on the plot which my mother currently lives in.
The ground is not completely level; a tree and a garden shed will probably have to be removed.
