ᐅ Construction Company Needed in the Hanau/Frankfurt Area for Single-Family Home

After securing a plot of land of about 500m² (5,382 sq ft) at short notice, we are now slowly looking for a construction company to build a single-family house with approximately 150m² (1,615 sq ft) of living space. We prefer a local company because I like to support small businesses rather than letting the big ones get even bigger.
There is no rush timewise; we plan to start building at the end of 2020 or beginning of 2021.
The most important point is that my wife and I are very busy with our jobs and therefore want to have almost everything done by the construction company, including flooring and painting. So reliability and good project management are extremely important, though I suppose that is a priority for everyone. Our budget for a ready-to-move-in house is around 340,000 EUR.
Please share any tips. Also happy to hear from anyone who has had their own building projects in the area. We plan to build in the Offenbach/Dreieich/Heusenstamm/Obertshausen district.
