Hello. We would like to create seamless shower walls with a concrete look. I know there are various suppliers for this, but their prices are quite high.
Which type of plaster could be used for this, and what kind of sealing would be necessary if we don’t want to go with expensive, well-known brands?

Perhaps extra-large tiles could be an alternative (fewer grout lines =D). There are tiles available in sizes like 120cm x 260cm (47 inches x 102 inches) or 100cm x 300cm (39 inches x 118 inches) that I’ve seen, usually starting around €150/m² (approximately $160/sq ft). Maybe that’s an option... Installation costs would, of course, be additional.
