Exterior view of a window with a dark roller shutter on a white facade.

Exterior view of a modern white house with black window frames

Requesting experience reports or assistance.
Timber frame construction
Plastered with synthetic resin render
Chipping only occurs above these windows on the weather-exposed side.
No other affected areas
Age of the house: 4 years.
Base coat or scratch coat is fine
Only the topcoat render is affected.
This concerns warranty claims because the paint manufacturer’s expert report attributes the damage to external influences, e.g., hail.

I don't have one (yet) because I would have to pay in advance for it. I just wanted to get some feedback here first...

Well, it will come down to report versus report. However, if it only concerns the weather-exposed side, you probably won’t have many chances there.

I suspect there is damage from the inside, something with the roller shutter box where moisture is pressing outwards under the plaster.
