Hello everyone,
I need your help with two topics:
- Rainwater and wastewater: does it always have to be installed in a straight line? On the drainage plan, the architect marked a red line and a blue line. I redrew them with green and pink lines. The goal is a shorter route and, if possible, to install everything in a single trench (to save costs).
- Additionally, I want to run electricity, telephone, and cable connections in this same trench.

Is this possible and allowed?

We are building in Baden-Württemberg. The garage is at the front.
THANK YOU for your advice, and I wish you all a nice weekend.

Kanalplan: farbige Rohre und Schächte im Keller (Keller I/II, Flur).

Regarding the second question, we have recently done some research as well: You should read the technical connection requirements (TAB) from your main utility provider. For example, in our case, there are distance regulations between the cables as well as specifications for the depth.

With the telecom company, we were also able to request a site plan free of charge by email showing where the main cable is located. This allowed us to estimate the route and discuss it with the architect or civil engineer, aiming to minimize the number of trenches needed on the property.
