ᐅ Pouring curbs around freezing temperatures?

I would like to embed my edging stones further in concrete. I'm not entirely sure if I should do this around the freezing point?!

During the day, it's just under 2°C (36°F) and at night down to -2°C (28°F)... would that be a concern?

I would have little concern about the curbstones. You can cover the work before nightfall.
