ᐅ Are the total wattages of dimmable LED spots lower when not operated at full power?

I am considering installing dimmable LED spotlights. My concern is that the spotlights might buzz when they are not set to full brightness. Please excuse me if my question doesn’t make sense electrically—I am a complete amateur when it comes to electrical matters 🙂 Thank you!

In my current house, I use Philips WarmGlow E27 and GU10 bulbs with KNX dimmers and Shellys, and they do not hum.
