Hello,

I wanted to ask if any of you have purchased tiles online? My husband and I are planning to renovate our house.
We have already found the tiles we want on the internet. But tiles from online? We have definitely ordered some samples there first; maybe someone here has more experience and can help us out! Thanks for your help, best regards, Christiane1975

Hello,

we actually had the same concerns. But just like us, you have already ordered samples. With the right choice, not much can go wrong then.
We also ordered our tiles from an online retailer in March.
Before that, we had a sample pack sent to us, which included exactly the tile that my wife and I liked. The ordering process went smoothly as well. Quality and price were really great, and even our tile installer was pleasantly surprised.

So, based on my experience with this retailer, I can recommend them.

Best regards,
Robert

Very old, there have been some developments here since then.

Has anyone ordered tiles online? Any experience? Lead time even at "Fussbodenhandel24"?

We placed the order online, but not there. Everything went smoothly.

Why not. The main challenge is actually finding someone who will install the provided materials.

That shouldn’t be a problem; our architect specifically sent us to choose the tiles ourselves.

He has a reliable independent tiler he works with.

We have now picked a model. At the local building supplier, it costs €36 per m² (approximately $37 per sq ft), while online it’s €28.

My brother-in-law lives near the manufacturer in Italy. He said he will inquire next week about the cost of a direct purchase plus delivery.

With 190 m² (2045 sq ft) plus wall coverings, there are significant price differences.
