I am looking for homebuyers interested in forming a building group in the northern Ruhr area. When purchasing land, the price per square meter is usually lower for larger plots compared to smaller ones. Additionally, there are often savings to be made on development costs and other related expenses.
Our plan is to jointly buy a plot between 3,000 and 10,000 square meters (approximately 32,000 to 108,000 square feet), depending on the number of participants, and subdivide it accordingly. Each person would then build their own house individually, according to their preferences and within the constraints of the location and regulations. If we start building together, we can also support each other during the process.

The location should be somewhere between Haltern and Gelsenkirchen-Buer, preferably in a rural rather than an urban setting.
