my girlfriend and I are considering a plot of land. We have heard from other local home builders that a reinforced foundation is definitely necessary, or that drilling/piling is required. Of course, this is not cheap. According to my research, you can expect costs between 20,000 euros and 40,000 euros.
Has anyone here experienced drilling or piling? How much did it end up costing you?
