How can I find a reliable expert in the postal code area 65 to inspect a new build (condominium, construction value approx. 250,000 EUR (about 278,000 USD))?
How is their fee determined? Is it possible to have the inspection in two stages (first inside so you can move in, and later the exterior facade and garden)?
