Hello everyone,

I am currently working on a preliminary building inquiry since there is no zoning plan.

Now the question is about the neighbors' signatures. Which neighbors do you need to ask?

Immediate neighbors are clear, but what about neighbors separated by a stream or river, or a large meadow in between?

Thank you very much for any answers.

What does the friendly person at the building authority say?

Good morning.
The gentleman referred me to the land use plan.
In this plan, the property is designated as "partially used as green space."
A change to the land use is currently underway here.

Best regards,

I’m not sure if this is helpful or fits into this thread:

A few weeks ago, my uncle decided to finally fulfill his dream of owning a home. He bought a CD that included pre-made construction contracts and other important templates and tips for him. The new VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures) has changed quite a bit.

I’m still too young and don’t have enough money for a home myself, but I’ve already looked into it and watched my uncle closely. There really is so much to consider... I think my experience will help me later!

For a preliminary building inquiry, signatures are not required yet, right? That would only be necessary for a building permit application, correct? A preliminary building inquiry can be relatively straightforward. If the land use plan is currently being revised, building inquiries (including preliminary ones) are usually set aside initially with the explanation that the land use plan is under review.
