Hello everyone,
We are planning to buy an old prefab house. Since we have little to no documentation about the house itself, such as construction descriptions, product specifications, building materials, wall structure, etc., I wanted to know if there is any other way to obtain this information.
We have already contacted the prefab house company directly, but I am not very hopeful that I will get any help there.
Apparently, there are also some type lists for prefab houses that are sometimes used, for example, to issue an energy performance certificate.
I understand that an expert assessor would be able to answer this question precisely, but I would like to have this information before commissioning an expert/surveyor, so I can get an initial understanding beforehand.
Can anyone give me a tip?
Thank you very much!
