Could it be that mobile users don’t see this? The original poster wrote in the question box: “Question / concern: For building class one, how tall can the house be? Does it depend on different roof types? I would appreciate experienced, detailed help on how, what, when, and exactly where

Note: the crucial hint is probably: “Location: OE” (which likely means Austria, not Olpe).

From my understanding (without a manual and even without a high school diploma, just by reading), he wants to know,
a) up to which building height a house falls under building class 1 (likely defined differently than the building class 1 in Germany); and
b) whether a flat or pitched roof matters significantly. That is: whether building height / eaves height / ridge height / (average) wall height
(possibly in relation to each other) are relevant dimensions.

(possibly competing measurements) are relevant factors.
No idea

Yes, yes, @11ant … it is visible, but the information provided is really inadequate for the level of expectation.
Request for experienced, detailed help on what, when, where, and how exactly

@Tim Müller
This is regulated by the state building codes in each federal state, so it will vary. For Austria, the average of all 16 building codes from Germany does not apply.

Apart from that, you could also kindly write in full sentences when you join a forum.

A basic level of courtesy along with proper spelling also greatly helps to appreciate the commitment of those who take the time to address the matter.
