Hello everyone,
we are currently planning to buy a house and are just waiting for the bank’s approval to then sign the contract for a house we have already found.

The house we found was offered through a real estate agent. The agent has now sent us a brokerage agreement so that they can, of course, receive their entitled commission.

"The client agrees to pay a commission of... based on the total economic value of the verified or mediated contract..." and so on.

I understand this to mean that the commission only becomes due once the notarized purchase contract has been signed by all parties, correct?

"The commission is to be paid within 14 days of the invoice date"... What exactly is the invoice date? Is it the date of the purchase contract?

I hope someone can help me quickly, and thank you in advance.

Yes, that's correct. After the notary, the invoice follows. The contract is their "success."

The date on the real estate agent’s invoice.

And that only comes after signing the notary contract.

Thank you, so I can safely sign the real estate agent agreement in advance.
