I am considering putting a small cabin even closer to the lake. From a permit perspective, it should be feasible since two people not far from me have also built a cabin near the lake. But permits are not the main issue here.
I saw on Galileo that a French couple patented a “plug-together house” made of wooden parts, and their company is now expanding significantly.
The price also seems very attractive!
Has anyone built with them or knows someone who has?

I think it looks quite simple and stylish!
