ᐅ Bathtub inlet and outlet fitting assembly

Hello everyone,

I am Markus from Austria and I am already in the final stages of building my house.

My plumber supplied me with a fill and drain fitting for my bathtub. This was installed, the tub was enclosed with masonry, and it has already been tiled. According to the plumber’s invoice, I have a Hansa Fill 05170100. However, I am having problems with the visible part, as the one I received does not fit. Also, the Hansa Fill looks quite different in photos online.

The plumber insists that it is the Hansa Fill and blames a wholesaler. Of course, I immediately emailed the wholesaler asking what went wrong, and they claim the plumber delivered something else and that they do not recognize this bathtub inlet.

Can anyone tell me which manufacturer this inlet belongs to?

I’m not familiar with the product shown either.
However, based on the blue color, I would guess it is from Geberit.
