Hello,

For my bachelor thesis "A Guide for Private Homeowners," I am looking for people who

a) have already completed their build
b) are currently in the middle of building
c) are in the planning phase and will start soon
d) can imagine building within the next few years.

In particular, I am addressing the following questions:
- What does the homeowner want – and what can they afford?
- What are the responsibilities of the homeowner?
- Who supports the homeowner in their tasks?
- How can the homeowner identify and evaluate the necessary services?
- Cost development and cost control from the homeowner’s perspective.

My thesis focuses exclusively on Germany and new builds.

I would be very grateful for any responses and comments.

Maybe the experiences shared in some construction diaries will help you.

You can also find many answers in the topics here. Homeowners frequently ask questions about all kinds of situations and receive help or tips. These are likely useful for you as well.

Each answer to your questions tends to become quite lengthy. In my opinion, your questions should first be asked much more precisely.

I am currently only looking for people who would be willing to answer my questions.
The questions mentioned above form the main framework. I am just starting to work through the detailed questions.

And how does it proceed then? Because the way it reads above, it seems like you are already expecting answers.
