I’m interested to know if there are alternatives to the Ikea Pax for affordable wardrobes that offer similar flexibility and quality. I’m particularly looking for modular systems that can be customized individually. If anyone has practical experience with manufacturers or models that are more budget-friendly but don’t compromise on storage space, functionality, or stability, I would really appreciate any recommendations.

I’d like to add that it’s also worth getting creative – sometimes you can put together great solutions from individual affordable modular systems that aren’t originally offered as complete wardrobes.
My tip: Look for cabinets that are actually intended as office or storage cabinets, but with a few accessories at home can serve as excellent wardrobe substitutes. Often, this is affordable and quite clever. 😉
