ᐅ Are SATS and NYLED compatible? Are the rail systems interchangeable?

Does anyone here know, or has anyone already tried, whether the components for the two rail systems are interchangeable? In my opinion, based on the appearance and the design of the rail, it should be possible.

Hello, I have parts for Nyled on a Sats rail, but I’m not sure if all parts fit on every rail.

I have hooks and a roller holder for the Sats strip. These are not only hooked on at the top but also have a small lip at the bottom that secures the parts firmly in place.
