ᐅ Looking for a real estate agent in the Chemnitz area

Hello everyone,

I am looking for a real estate agent in the Chemnitz area because my wife, our daughter, and I are searching for a plot of land (with or without a house) in a quiet suburban location.

However, I haven’t found anything suitable on the usual platforms, as I believe most good properties are sold directly without ever being listed online.

I would be very grateful for any tips!

Sorry... maybe you should try looking up an online business directory.
Regional recommendations are difficult here—unless someone from your area happens to read this.

My search in a common business directory returned 244 results, by the way.

Thanks for the tip, but that’s exactly my problem: maybe 20% of them are truly good real estate agents, and the rest are just incompetent people looking to make quick money.

That’s why I’m asking for clear recommendations...
