Hello,
I am looking for an innovative white glue applicator that can be operated manually. The area to be glued is between 7-19mm (0.3-0.75 inches) wide. The device should be precisely adjustable—not applying too little or too much. The glue, "white glue Titebond," needs to remain usable for about 7 hours. Currently, I apply the glue using a rubber roller, but the dosage cannot be adjusted accurately enough. It requires extensive wiping and cleaning afterward.
Does anyone know of something suitable?

Lamello Glue Application System
Maybe the Lamello Glue Application System could be a good option!
You do need to get used to it, of course. However, it allows for precise dosing. After use, the nozzles should be soaked in water. Also, don’t just leave the nozzle you were using lying around during breaks. Otherwise, it works quite well.
Have a nice evening

Glue Application Machine
Hello everyone,
The Lamello devices are really good. We also use several of them. You just need some practice to apply the glue evenly with such a nozzle. But as they say, practice makes perfect 😀
How about a proper glue application machine that applies glue using rollers? In at the front and out at the back? Of course, cleaning is a bit more involved, but with larger quantities, it’s simpler and faster. You have to clean it at the end of the day anyway. For example, we do this with small moldings and other small parts. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend a manufacturer anymore. Our machine was built by a small machine construction company that no longer exists.
