Hello,

the building specification usually states that tiles will be installed in the kitchen, bathroom, utility room, and hallway.

In our case, it says that tiles up to 50cm (20 inches) in length are included, and larger tiles will be installed for an additional cost.

Can anyone tell me approximately how much this might cost?

According to the building specification, tiles up to 35 EUR are included, and this does not affect the tile size. It is only about the additional effort for installing larger tiles.

Best regards,
Florian

Yeah, sure. I know there is an extra charge.
I just wanted to know roughly how much.

Depending on the provider, between €6.00 - €8.00 per square meter (about $6.50 - $8.70 per square yard); some tilers now consider it a standard practice and install without extra charge; it really depends.

Kind regards

Yes, now that's what I call a statement.
Thanks a lot already.

I can work with that.
I hope my tiler will see it the same way and consider it a standard measurement.
