My advice, since prices often vary by region: get quotes for the same items from several suppliers so you can compare.

Now, joking aside: The offer is not detailed enough for my taste. For example, it doesn’t specify what exactly is meant by frost protection (like the antifreeze used for cars?). What type of rock, what grain size, and so on. Otherwise, I would support Yvonne’s advice: get at least one more quote so you can see how things compare.
I recently received quotes ranging from 1200 to 5000 euros for gravel installation – sometimes the difference can be that large without there being obvious differences in the specifications.
