ᐅ What type of shelf or storage is recommended in a shower for a new build?

On my shelf there is: 1 shower gel for me, 1 shower gel for the child, and 1 shampoo for both of us.
On the husband’s shelf: 3 shower gels, one empty and two partially used, 2 half-full bottles of shampoo (same kind), 1 shaving gel, 1 razor plus various bottles that keep changing.

Well then, setting aside all other criteria, I’d say partner swap...
I have 2 shampoos and 1 shower gel. The child has something. As for my wife’s bottles, I can no longer count them during a shower.

Haha, clichés that often seem to have a real basis after all.
I remember back in my previous life when a “typical” 1-liter (about 1 quart) men’s shampoo bottle was called annoying, while the 17 different bottles and tubes I counted myself were described as decorative but above all indispensable. In my new life, I always had my own bathroom, and it will be like that again—I like that.

tsk tsk... totally unmanly, tell him that and give him a standard one-liter (about 1 quart) bottle for Christmas. On the other hand, you could also interpret this as him feeling the need to do absolutely everything so that you enjoy his appearance. Lucky you...

I would describe several opened bottles more as thoughtless. I know the situation and sometimes transfer contents to reduce the number of bottles. Currently, we actually have only 3 bottles for 2 people. The more storage space there is, the more you leave standing around.

Does anyone happen to have a shower niche with LED lighting?
If so, where did you install the transformer? Can you recommend any suppliers (also regarding the quality of the spotlights, especially considering electricity and water exposure)?
