ᐅ Planters as privacy screens between two patios? Any recommendations?

We are planning to place balcony planters with pampas grass or bamboo as privacy screens for two terraces. The balcony planters should be at least 1 meter long (3.3 feet), approximately 80 cm high (31.5 inches), and at least 30 cm wide (12 inches).

Do you have any recommendations for suppliers with these dimensions? Thank you!

The stakeholders of the privacy screen are both neighbors, so I would first establish at least a good understanding. Bamboo is considered to have aggressive roots, which, in my opinion, makes it questionable for use in planters. What wind loads does the structure need to withstand?

Bamboo is very suitable for container planting. These two points are not related.

Unfortunately not, as they are relatively expensive. I would recommend a width of 50cm (20 inches); 30cm (12 inches) is too narrow.
Is there no option to place a border bed with stones in between? That way, you reduce the risk of drying out.
