Are there any recommendations in this forum for a general contractor (GC) in the Greater Aschaffenburg/Spessart area? Solid construction and a local GC are requirements.

Why don’t you have a tender prepared by an architect from the area, and see which GCs respond?

Good ways to “search” this section are by using two types of keywords: the city or region on one hand—although I didn’t have quick results for “Aschaffenburg” and “Spessart”—and on the other hand company names (this helps you find threads where they are mentioned, but also their competitors, often in comparative discussions like “we visited Müller, Maier, and Huber, with the following results:”).
