I couldn’t find anything using the search function, so I’m asking the forum whether it is allowed to post complete offers here in an anonymized form. I was inspired to ask by another forum member’s question. If I remember correctly, I haven’t signed any agreement stating that the offer may not be published.
From my point of view, this would be helpful for many home builders because it would make it easier for them, among other things, to identify gaps.

If you want to know whether the prices are reasonable, you can simply get several quotes—that’s the easiest way to compare. This is the principle of tendering. Moreover, these quotes are also easier to compare.B
boxandroof20 Dec 2019 11:15I find the photovoltaic example acceptable; the design is abstracted, everything is very generic, it’s a simple product, and precise plans are missing there.
With houses, it might be different. The bigger the company and the more commission-driven the marketing, as well as the more standardized the house, the fewer reservations I would have. However, I wouldn’t even consider posting offers from our small general contractor (GC) somewhere.
Prices are listed in the providers’ catalogs, at least in our case. That gives a quick initial overview.

I don’t understand the fairness objection – but also what the original poster’s actual point is: it wouldn’t be unusual for someone here to post ten pages of work specifications. Threads like “take a look at my offer” pop up from time to time. And the responses are basically always the same, along the lines of “the sly ones ‘forgot’ your construction power supply” and the like, or in extreme cases, “turnkey means only the front door here.”

Too bad, that happens quite often.Well, then just explain it. I haven’t seen secret offers with "just for you—this must stay confidential" special prices—only on design plans a note stating that sharing or using the information outside of the contract is prohibited.https://www.instagram.com/11antgmxde/
