Hello everyone,
can someone roughly tell me how much a clinker brick slip facade might cost? Or if it is much more expensive than a paint finish?
In our region, you hardly ever find facades like this.

whether using clinker slips saves money compared to a "real" built-in clinker brick facade...This question usually does not arise, as the applications are different. Clinker slips are used mainly for retrofitting, while solid clinker bricks are generally used as a facing wall with an air gap or loose insulation behind it, and in new construction, meaning planned from the start.https://www.instagram.com/11antgmxde/

There must be a (financial) reason for that, as well as for the widespread use of external thermal insulation composite systems (ETICS, the cheapest option)...

This is how we imagined it. We would also choose the simple facing bricks. Except for a friend in Belgium who owns such a house, we don’t know anyone else. He has the brick facade and paid around 40,000 all inclusive. Very nice brick-clad house! What does 40,000 all inclusive mean? Is that the complete construction starting from the load-bearing masonry? So everything including insulation and the brick veneer?
