Dear forum members,
After a long search on the internet with disappointing results, I am now turning to you with a very simple question.
Who can share their experiences with Swedish house suppliers who built in 2018 or are currently building? Preferably from the Baden-Württemberg area, but experiences from all over Germany are also welcome. The online research leaves much to be desired, as many posts are quite old, giving a rather unclear picture.
There has already been contact with a manufacturer in Sweden, but legal issues and distribution partners have discouraged me from taking this risk.
The goal is not to build a house from a catalog, as the site is on a slope and the results appear very plain when looking at typical catalogs.

Actually, yes, for example, a "Swedish house" is called that.He doesn’t want to build a Swedish house, but an architect-designed house in the Neo-English style, on a sloping plot.

To me, that sounds like someone from accounting enjoys working with planning software, and a manufacturer with a specific aesthetic focus is supposed to build it.
