Hello,
We want to get a rough estimate of the costs we should expect based on our plans.
Our planned bathroom is 13.4 sqm (144 sq ft) and there is a T-junction in the middle of the room. In front of the T-junction, there will be a freestanding bathtub, and behind it in the corners, the toilet and the shower. Additionally, there will be a sink with two connections.
The connections will be installed by the construction company, so we only need to connect the sanitary fixtures ourselves.
The bathroom will be tiled by a different company.
Therefore, I only need the costs for the mentioned fixtures.
Friends of ours will handle the installation.
Thank you in advance and best regards,
Jules1196

The connections are installed by the construction company, so we only have to connect the sanitary fixtures ourselves. We paid net prices including installation as follows:
- 400 for guest WC hand washbasin
- 1900 for double washbasin with vanity cabinet
- 700 for WC
- 1200 for walk-in shower with rain and regular showerheads
- 700 for glass partition/pivot door
- 750 for 170cm (67 inches) steel bathtub
- about 300 for towel holders, toilet paper holders, etc.
In total, around 10,000 EUR gross for two bathrooms with two showers. Everything from brands like Grohe, Villeroy & Boch, Keuco, etc. – modern design. We did not compare prices or select finishes in detail.
If you buy the items yourself and have someone install them, it can be significantly cheaper. Of course, costs can also be much higher depending on your choices.
I would recommend asking around for installation quotes and getting an offer. Alternatively, expect to budget 10,000 to 20,000 EUR.

I would suggest checking around for someone to do the installation and simply ask for a quote. Alternatively, budget 10,000 to 20,000 euros.Thank you very much for the helpful answer
