EnkelkinderHello, I have a question: is it possible to build two semi-detached houses attached to each other, where one semi-detached house includes a granny flat and the other includes a basement?
We have a bigger problem finding a suitable plot of land where a three-family house can be built.
Thank you in advance for any information.

I’m currently a bit unsure about what I might have left unclear in https://www.hausbau-forum.de/threads/mehrgenerationenhaus-mit-3-familien.30205/#post-308307 (?)
Having one with and one without a basement is not a problem if you build both halves at the same time (i.e., in one construction phase). From a construction perspective, this is basically no different from a partial basement.

It depends on what the development plan states. It should indicate how many housing units are allowed. We don’t have a building plot yet; the question is simply whether a basement apartment can be built in one semi-detached house and not in the other.Similar topics
