ᐅ Is the staircase layout in the floor plan acceptable? What does the number 18.3/28 mean?

Hello. I received a floor plan where the staircase is marked with 16 risers 18.3/28. Can you tell me what the number 18.3/28 means? I have no idea what it refers to.

18.3 cm (7.2 inches) riser height, 28 cm (11 inches) tread depth

What was the standard again? 160mm/290mm (6.3 inches/11.4 inches) or 190mm/260mm (7.5 inches/10.2 inches)?

The latter. But more as a common measurement that is often approached. I would still consider "standard" to be too strong a term for it.
