After we had already mentally furnished our future house, I would like to compare it once again with a prefabricated house. However, I’m not sure how flexible prefabricated houses are. So far, we have used a design from IBG (Vario XL) as a template, which we have already customized precisely to our wishes. Are there prefabricated houses that are flexible enough to allow me to make similar adjustments? Everything I have found online about prefabricated houses so far was not really comparable.

It doesn’t get any cheaper than this... and prefabricated houses are not faster either 🙄
Kind regards

Kind regardsPrefabricated houses are not only not faster, but if they don’t fit the respective standards, they can also be significantly more expensive. To avoid overlooking anything, we forwarded our existing plan from May (two-family house with basement) to Weberhaus. Weberhaus advertises that they also create fully customized houses with high quality. Without considering the earthworks, going with Weberhaus would have been €43,500 (investment sum €400,000) more expensive. So, if you go for a prefab house, it should be from their standard portfolio, as the time advantage is essentially non-existent. Best regards JoS Advice – but fair!
