Hello everyone,
I have a question.
Are the windows/doors on our roof terrace installed correctly?
They were initially fully installed but were later pulled out like this.
It looks very makeshift to me.
No, only plaster will be applied afterwards, no additional insulation.
The brown substance is waterproof slurry, which we started applying today as a precaution because during the last rain moisture came straight through.

I’m not a fan of threatening with a lawyer, but this looks to me like “botched construction” where nobody wants to take responsibility. Several issues have been unresolved since then.
A letter from the lawyer has been sent, but there has been no real progress.
Currently, we are waiting for the base plaster; the screed is installed and has been heated since 08.01.
