Hello,

we are currently interested in purchasing a prefabricated house from Okal Haus.

This will be built as a "house within a house" solution, which means a wide single-family house is constructed and then divided in half with a double exterior wall, including an air cushion between the walls.

Does anyone have experience with the sound insulation, both in relation to the neighboring house and how much noise carries within the house itself? (For example, if a child takes a step in one corner of the house, can you immediately hear it in the other corner?)

Thank you in advance for your responses!

You don’t mean the traditional semi-detached house, but a house with one entrance that leads to two separate apartments? So divided according to the condominium ownership system?
