ᐅ Plot selection – which option would be your favorite?

Hello home builders,

Our community has announced a few available plots. I would like to get your opinion – which plot would you choose and why?

The 648 sqm (6,975 sq ft) or in the first construction phase the 685 sqm (7,373 sq ft)
Why? Good layout. Reasonable orientation. Decent size. Only located on one street.
The land prices are also quite reasonable.

Are the requirements of the development plan (building permit / planning permission) maybe still problematic for you?

Of course, it depends on what is most important to you. Personally, I would prefer a southwest orientation. Being able to enjoy the evening sun on the terrace, especially on days like today, is wonderful to me and absolutely essential. The orientation would be more important to me than the plot size (at least for the sizes mentioned above). However, this is obviously a matter of personal preference.

8191, house positioned as far east as possible / parking space in the north

Definitely not a corner lot, a suitable orientation, preferably without a sidewalk, so no winter maintenance (I had that before......a dream in white).
