Of course, it depends on what is most important to you. Personally, I would prefer a southwest orientation. Being able to enjoy the evening sun on the terrace, especially on days like today, is wonderful to me and absolutely essential. The orientation would be more important to me than the plot size (at least for the sizes mentioned above). However, this is obviously a matter of personal preference.

pagoni202030 Jun 2020 15:10Definitely not a corner lot, a suitable orientation, preferably without a sidewalk, so no winter maintenance (I had that before......a dream in white).
