ᐅ Precast double garage ceiling leaking – is the plug leaking?

Hello everyone,

I just noticed that there is dripping water in our poured concrete double garage. At the moment, I can’t tell if it’s condensation or water coming from outside. Currently, we don’t have any precipitation. The water is dripping or accumulating around these plugs located above the plastic cladding. I partially pulled one of them out to observe what’s happening.

Are these plugs sealing the roof, or what is their purpose? Does anyone have experience with this?

What does the roof look like from above? Is there standing water on it?
