Hello dear community and building experts 😉
My wife and I are currently in the middle of a new construction. Right now, our roof is being installed. However, what is making us a bit concerned at the moment are several yellow stains on the wall, which, from a non-professional perspective, seem to be caused by the continuous rain. In the attached photo, one of these stains can be seen on the right side. Our question is whether these stains are concerning or if they already indicate that the bricks are too wet? Are any additional measures necessary, or is this still harmless and construction can continue without interruption? According to our construction manager, this is not a problem and the only change is that the windows will now be installed about two weeks later.
How do the experts among you see this? Should we worry about mold developing later on?
We would appreciate your feedback. Thank you in advance.
