ᐅ XL Siemens dishwasher with a split front panel in an Ikea Metod kitchen

Thanks to the many helpful posts in this forum, I purchased an XL dishwasher from Siemens (model SX76P030EU) for installation in a Metod kitchen. My Metod kitchen has a two-part front (top 20cm (8 inches), bottom 80cm (31 inches)) – and now we are wondering whether and how we can attach both fronts to the appliance. The Ikea "Vaglig" rail does not seem to solve the problem, as it does not fit the Siemens Vario hinges.

Experienced craftsmen we know believe that it is possible without problems with a single front (without division) using the included drilling template. Is there a stable alternative to connect both fronts together without interrupting the kitchen’s design lines? The plan was to use blanket handles.
