Is it simply a cost issue? Those who can afford solid construction go for it, while others who don’t have the budget settle for prefabricated houses?

The future valuation of houses will have a lot to do with this, and it shouldn’t be taken lightly. I would suggest it’s better to pay a bit more today and sleep well at night, without overthinking whether it’s a prefabricated house or a solid house.
