ᐅ Timber house built with the GreMagor construction system – does anyone have experience with it?

Hello everyone,
we are about to start building soon. We were initially considering solid construction using sand-lime brick or Poroton blocks. Now we have received an offer for a timber frame house. We hadn’t really looked into this before but are open to the idea. The system proposed is from GreMagor, a company from Poland.
We couldn’t find any reviews or experiences online, so my question to the group is: Has anyone dealt with this system before? Have you chosen it or decided against it, and if so, why?
Thank you!

The technical description contains a lot of unnecessary "waffling." It talks about a vapor-permeable construction, but the wall element shown includes both OSB3 and bitumen sheets. That doesn’t leave much vapor permeability—does it?

There are some similar products that use more or less sophisticated modular systems to build large houses (or aim to). To my knowledge, they have not been produced in significant numbers. However, that doesn’t mean the system is fundamentally bad. In fact, I find it a good basis to optimize—for example, by using even more "ecological" building materials and making it genuinely vapor-permeable.

Thank you @Waltlaufen for your assessment. That’s exactly what puzzled me, as I had never come across that anywhere before.
